At Barkvee, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimums, no surprises.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier, it will be on its way to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we’ll always work hard to get your order out quickly.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important to enter your correct and complete address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay processing or even cause order cancellation.
If you notice an error, email us at hello@barkvee.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes, as your package may already be on its way.
Delayed Delivery
We know how exciting it is to receive your order quickly! While we do our best to ship fast, sometimes delays happen due to couriers, weather, customs, or other issues beyond our control.
If we run into any problems with your order (like product availability or address verification), we’ll notify you right away. Barkvee cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we’ll always keep you updated and help however we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the courier, it is out of our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

While Barkvee is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything possible to help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, a replacement may be offered.
