Barkvee Refund & Return Policy

At Barkvee, our mission is to make nail trimming stress-free and safe for you and your dog. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

We recommend giving your product at least 14 days of use so your pup has time to adjust and you can experience the full benefits. If after that you’re still not satisfied, you’re covered by our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you’d like to start a return, just email us at hello@barkvee.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident your Barkvee product will make nail trimming easier, but if you’re not happy:

  • Try it for at least 14 days to give it a fair chance.

  • If you’re still unsatisfied, you may return it anytime within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Please note:

  • Cosmetic damage to packaging (like a dented box) is not considered product damage.

  • We do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship quickly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur. Barkvee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises during delivery, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter it incorrectly and don’t notify us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund or resend.
