If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return after 14 days and within 60 days of your original purchase date.

📦 Exchanges & Replacement Policy
If you wish to exchange your item (including size exchanges):

The product must be returned to our fulfillment center

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

A replacement item will be provided at a discounted replacement fee (covers part of the product and reshipping costs)

All changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
If approved within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Our 60-day guarantee applies only to properly used products.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours:
